Tyler Freire grew up in a rural corner of Northwest New Jersey, the eldest son of a minister and eagerly engaged in the life of the church. He was educated at home by his parents, who raised him in the fear of the Lord. Before becoming a pastor, Tyler worked a number of jobs, including as a librarian, in a greenhouse, and as an administrative assistant. Tyler moved to Central Florida in 2015 in order to earn his B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies from Reformation Bible College. While there, he met his wife, Jeanna. Shortly after they married, Tyler began his M.Div. studies at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, which he completed in 2023. After serving as an intern at Redeemer OPC in Beavercreek, OH, Tyler was ordained and installed as a pastor of the church in the spring of 2025. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys working outdoors, listening to audiobooks, playing with his two wonderful children, and fellowshipping with friends.
